The technology can achieve three purposes: ① the condensation cooling effect of transpiration cooler is advanced, and the heat transfer effect is proved to be more than 10% by practice; ② the scaling phenomenon on the outer surface of coil is slowed down, and the service life of equipment is advanced; ③ the dynamic force is saved by using natural air cooling.




Slow scaling technology: after precooling, the temperature of the gas entering the condenser cooling coil is relatively low, which avoids the phenomenon that water is easy to scale at high temperature, slows down the scaling speed on the outer surface of the coil; increases the water distribution on the surface of heat transfer, which can prevent the scaling accumulation of water during transpiration.




Dry operation technology in winter - because of the use of cooling fin parts, the function of the equipment is ensured when the water is stopped and dry operation is carried out in winter. The natural strong cold air energy in the natural world is used for heat exchange, which truly reaches the role of water saving and energy saving.




Variable air volume control technology: the traditional control method of air volume of cooler is mainly through regulating the blade angle of fan or selecting two speed motor and regulating the opening degree of 100 page window. Through the new frequency control technology to control the fan air volume, so that the cooler energy-saving effect is significant.
